The northwesterly blow brings the chill of winter, my native blood is too thin for this! I liked the kinder, gentler mother nature of 2 weeks ago! Maybe she is out of medication, could be why she is acting so erratically the past 2 months. At least Father time is working on all cylinders (i guess that’s good). The tides are working as scheduled, and the sun and moon continue to move in their romantic dance of rising and setting, at least this week. Soon the moon will be on hiatus and the tides will dip into their winter lows, captivating those like me who like to stalk weary redfish in shallow water. Maybe Mother Nature will send a slight northerly breeze to blow out extra water….and maybe Father Time will grant me the reprieve to break out the long rod…..
